YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAMMING SUPPORT

After School

We partner with local school districts, community education programs, and park and recreation departments to expand before and after-school opportunities, supporting the needs of elementary and middle school students and working families.

School Release

School Release Camps keep their kids active when school is not in session. Join our staff for a half-day or full-day filled with fun, competition, and bonding. Kids will have the option of participating in camps and tournament events.

Summer Sports Camp

Our summer sports camps are designed to give young people a multi-sport experience and accommodate various experience levels. Sports will alternate between basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, and baseball/fastpitch, but with a consistent structure so that participants can learn universal concepts across different sports.

Youth Sports
Associations

Our team can advise or directly implement programming for associations. Some services we’ve typically provided include, but are not limited to:

  • overall program strategic planning

YOUTH SPORTS COACHING CONSULTING & DEVELOPMENT

Overview & Topics

No matter the sport, we assist organizations in discovering methods proven to elevate individual and team performance, giving your staff the tools they need to enhance the participant experience. Topics include how to help youth athletes build a preparation mindset versus winning is everything, working with a group or team with a wide range of skills, the flow of practice, and the best way to give supportive yet constructive feedback.

How It Works

The facility host must secure appropriate space based on the scope of work. The host is also responsible for taking care of any check-in and registration. The community host is accountable for clinic promotion through its marketing channels. Program Director/Coordinator support is included, as well as live and virtual coaches clinics, guided practice plans, and a video library of individual and team drills.
