Clarence Fields, the founder of 360 Sports Services and Consulting, is a true sports enthusiast with a passion that has fueled his entire life. From his early days as a child, Clarence was deeply involved in sports, constantly seeking opportunities to connect with his friends and engage in various athletic activities throughout his community.

 

Clarence's journey in sports began with competing against peers in his neighborhood and at the local Boys and Girls Club in Pineville, Louisiana.  Like most kids today, Clarence participated in youth sports leagues for T-ball, recreation basketball, and football. His dedication and drive led him to develop his skills, enabling him to play Division One basketball and pursue a semi-professional football career despite having limited football experience beyond middle school.

 

Having experienced the countless benefits of sports, Clarence feels a deep sense of responsibility to ensure that today's youth have the same diverse and meaningful sports experiences he had growing up. With four growing boys (18, 8, 7, and 2) and a keen awareness of the ever-changing youth sports culture, Clarence is committed to providing accessible opportunities for children and families.

 

Clarence's primary goal is to ensure that families are not priced out of participating in sports due to participation fees and that their schedules are not compromised by traveling long distances outside their communities to seek “better competition.” He understands the challenges working families face and aims to create inclusive and convenient sports programs that cater to the needs of each community.

 

Through his venture, 360 Sports Services and Consulting, Clarence is channeling his passion and expertise to bridge the gaps in the youth sports landscape. By utilizing his own experiences and insights, he aims to create a supportive and empowering environment where PARENTS can control how their children thrive and develop their skills in various sports without needing to specialize in one.
